Czech School of California

Your welcome drink at Chinaski concert will be sponsored by R. JELINEK

It’s getting real, Chinaski landed yesterday at the SFO and tasted their welcome drink right away!

It became a tradition to greet our guests at the annual Czech School of California #CzechGala with a taste of a traditional Czech slivovitz sponsored by R. Jelinek! This year you will have a chance to taste 4 unique flavors:

Bohemia Honey
What can be better then blending together aged plum brandy with pure honey! This triple distilled brandy produced from late harvested plums grown in their own orchards is infused with linden honey to create this product which has slight fruit flavors and a hint of honey.
Worldwide and for many generations brandy and honey has long been a favorite beverage to sip on during those long and cold fall and winter nights.

Kosher 5 year Jelinek Slivovitz
A high-quality, three times distilled plum brandy made the same way for centuries, preserving R. Jelinek’s long-dated recipe. Kosher for Passover Silver Slivovitz, made of the best well-matured plums, has smooth, slightly almond taste.

2 Liqueurs:
Jelinek Fernet
This digestive beverage was created during the period of the Habsburg dynasty in the latter part of the 19th century in the region of central Europe near the famous health spa town of Luhačovice, Czech Republic.

Jelinek Amaro
R. JELINEK AMARO belongs to the herb liqueur category produced by maceration of more than twenty different botanicals mostly coming from the local sources. The well-balanced bittersweet taste is uniquely juicy and citrusy thanks to the components such as orange peel, lime and plum juice. The nose is a diverse component of many parts ranging from lemon to root beer. In order to maintain it’s consistent high quality Jelinek Amaro is produced only in small batches.
